Returns Policy

No returns allowed on patterns.

Returns are allowed on quilts and quilt tops.   Must be in return delivery service within 7 days of original receipt by buyer to be considered for a full refund.   Postage/shipping of returns is paid by the buyer.  Quilt must be in original condition as sent in order to receive 100% refund.   Quilts returned with stains, rips, tears, or damage in any way will receive a partial refund which will be determined by Karen Kuske.
